  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts to align with the company’s strategic goals
  - Support the finance team in reporting and analyzing key metrics such as annual recurring revenue (ARR) and churn
  - Provide actionable insights on revenue trends, customer retention, and profitability
  - Track and calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions in accordance with approved compensation plans
  - Implement scalable processes through automation and process improvement to strengthen the finance foundation
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of experience in a Finance department
  - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major field (MBA is a plus)
  - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Google Sheets and Slides experience is a plus)
  - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize tasks

  - Experience in B2B SaaS financial modeling
  - Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
  - Advanced system skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
