      Meaningful Work from Day One


      This role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team in the organization, working very closely with Marketing and Commercial functions. As a finance business partner the incumbent will interact with the Sales, the Trade/Customer Marketing, and the Marketing teams as well as the other departments to actively drive business decisions. This person will work directly for the Finance Director.

      What You Can Expect

      • Provide financial base for operative decisions and strategic guidelines through profitability analysis on product and customer level.

      • Validate that channel and customer pricing and discounts are accurate. Analyze variances and explain their drivers.

      • Actively participate in rolling forecast and budget planning, especially with focus on pricing.

      • Analytical support by preparing meaningful and actionable reporting.

      • Proactive partner with BI resources to secure accurate content in the area of pricing and discounts.

      • Support preparation of presentations relating to Actuals, budget, and forecasts.

      • Supporting and improving internally used BI tools (esp. KAMS, Newton).

      • Be responsible for mastering data maintenance and data integrity in planning & forecasting process - SAP/KAMS: brands/customers.

      • Ad-hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of the Finance Team.

      • Representing the finance department in special, cross-functional projects.

      • Support Finance Manager in daily basis Finance department activities.

      What You Bring to the Table:

      • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance & Accounting or Economy (preferably).

      • 1+ years of finance experience with a multinational consumer products goods company or equivalent experience.

      • Fluency in English language in everyday work.

      • Strong financial and analytical abilities.

      • Experience with software applications in accounting, budgeting, and valuation techniques (MS Office, SAP incl. Business Warehouse/BI).

      • proficient in Excel.
