      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all financial aspects including budget creation, analysis, and entry into financial systems
      - Provide post-award support by analyzing budget-to-actual cost variances and project financial trends
      - Oversee billing, budgeting adjustments, and compliance reconciliation for the APOM Research Service Facility
      - Process payroll funding changes and monitor labor distributions affected by regulatory changes
      - Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintain standard operating procedures for departmental processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible relevant work experience
      - Proficient with PC, including database and spreadsheet applications
      - Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including complex functions, formulas, and formatting
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to consult with internal and external customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA
      - Knowledge of Oracle accounting system and fund accounting
