Responsibilities:

• Support Finance and Accounting department with special projects related to financial modeling, cash forecasting, lender covenants and lender reporting, asset feasibility and underwriting, investor calls and preparation, financial close process, and capex planning and forecasting.
• Ad hoc special projects as needed.
• Monday – Thursday in office, Friday work from home optional.

Education:

• Entering Junior or Senior in four year college with finance, accounting, consulting, business analytics, or similar major.
• Ideal candidate would have a background within finance, accounting, real estate.

Skill/Knowledge:

• Ideal candidate would have experience (actual or in class) with financial modeling, accounting concepts, intermediate excel knowledge
