      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with facilities management to ensure a clean, supportive, and efficient work environment
      - Maintain internal office systems such as phone, computers, and cloud-based email & file management system
      - Coordinate vendor relations and ensure prompt payment of invoices
      - Assist in managing all accounting functions and financial statements
      - Assist in the preparation of accounting schedules and special finance projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sophisticated understanding of accounting cycles and processes, general ledger work, and detailed budget processes
      - Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel, and database systems
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
      - Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work well under pressure
      - B.A./B.S. and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Operations
