1.Accounts payable

2. Intercompany

3. Financial closing

Job Specifications

1.Accounts payable processing;

2. ICB monitoring;

3.Collating of hard copies of AP package for filing;

4. Reconciling accounts with suppliers;

5. Petty cash management;

6. Prepare accounts schedules;

7. Accruals, reversals, and other monthly adjustments; and

8. Prepare AP KPI for monthly CFS Meeting.

Knowledge & Experience:

• SAP Knowledge preferred or other accounting systems;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.;
• Has experience in the review of financial reporting ;
• Assigned in majority of the job specifications above;
• At least 2 years work experience; and
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing various reports

Minimum Qualification:

College education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate and other related courses

Work experience: At least 2 years work experience
