Handle cycle financial processes like month closing, business planning, monthly reporting
Developing reliable operational and financial forecasts ensuring resources are allocated to maximize value creation for AZ
Handling the financial planning cycle in area of accountability; setting stretch but achievable performance targets, aligned with strategy and operational plans
Prepares monthly P&L analysis and detailing key risks, opportunities and sensitivities based on the insights from the business
Working proactively with the business to understand future financial information needs and producing efficient solutions to meet these needs; applying this information to improve business results showing significant commercial and business acumen
Evaluates strategic options with sound, clear, concise and relevant financial analysis, assumption and judgement
Performing financial analyses and business cases on various projects and initiatives
Proactively driving efficiencies including seeking cross functional process solutions
Qualified finance professional operating with business managers
Experience of Financial analysis and/or Finance Business Partnering
Track-record of shown strong and productive customer relationships
Strong Excel/modelling skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including oral & written.
Excellent knowledge in English language
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Integrity to handle confidential information
Team player
Experience of using financial systems to support business decision making (budgeting, forecasting & modelling)
Experience of working in a global pharmaceutical organization/ understanding of the drug development life cycle and/or commercial aspects
Good language skills in one or more of cluster local languages

As the Finance Business Partner, you will engage with business, providing financial insight, advice, guidance, and support, enabling and influencing decision making to achieve efficient performance. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Group Policy in key technical and specialist areas and handle associated risks, provide reports and analysis to support decision-making, deliver day to day operational requirements of the function. FBP will be perceived by internal customers as business expert in Finance who actively shapes specific business initiatives.
