      Sanofi’s university opportunities offer exposure to a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This program will allow individuals to leverage what they have learned in school and apply it in the real world while further developing their competencies to make them future Finance leaders. This Co-Op/Internship may lead to a full-time opportunity upon graduation based on successful performance reviews and final interview process. One of the goals of this program is to feed a leadership pipeline of top talent for our Sanofi Finance full-time opportunities.       Our offices are configured with activity-based workspace which promotes an open environment and collaboration. Employees are advised to ‘dress for your day’ which can include casual or business casual attire depending on your schedule for the day.       Responsibilities:

      Co-op/Internship responsibilities may include month/year-end closing procedures, forecast and budget support, financial planning and analysis, account reconciliation, and project tracking. Other common tasks include problem solving, business partnering, analytical thinking and process improvements. Candidates will learn about the business operations of the biopharmaceutical business while leveraging their Accounting and Finance knowledge. This program allows for the ability to network and learn from both other co-ops and current Sanofi Finance talent through mentoring and shadowing opportunities In addition, candidates will have the opportunity to present to Finance senior leadership.

      Outcomes:

      • Improved technical skills (SAP, TM1, etc.)

      • Improved presentation skills

      • Enhanced understanding of areas within Finance to better align your interests and skillsets

      • Potential to lead to a full-time opportunity in Sanofi Finance upon graduation

      Basic Qualifications :

      • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics

      • 3.0/4.0 GPA is a minimum requirement

      • Must have permanent US work authorization

      Preferred Qualifications :

      • Strong working experience with Excel

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

      • Demonstrated leadership skills

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
