      Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

      Job Family: Finance

      As a Financial Controller , you will lead financial and management reporting and governance processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and safeguarding JM’s assets. You will work closely with Sector Management, Sub-Sectors, JM Group Management, and external auditors to maintain robust financial controls.

      Understanding key business drivers and driving improvement and transformation will be essential to your role. You will be pivotal in building a strong control environment to support business growth and achieving strategic goals. This position is critical for establishing a solid financial foundation to support ongoing success and growth.

      Your responsibilities :

      • Provide financial insight to drive business performance and achieve strategic goals through a business partnering approach.

      • Improve forecasting accuracy and develop a strong cash focus with a deep understanding of key financial drivers.

      • Lead and supervise a team providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

      • Drive efficiency and standardization in management reporting processes, collaborating with Group Accounting for alignment.

      • Ensure compliance with Financial Accounting reporting requirements globally, and adhere to Statutory and JM Group governance policies.

      • Lead JM Group control processes, including Risk Register, Filing Assurance, Key Accounting Judgements, and Key Control Questionnaire processes.

      • Coordinate with Group Treasury to ensure effective Fx and credit controls, and with Group Tax for Direct and Indirect tax controls, including Transfer Pricing.

      • Act as the Sector lead interface with External Auditors, managing audit schedules, plans, results, and actions, while building strong relationships with business FDs and Finance teams.

      Requirements for the role:

      • Experience in S enior Finance leadership role within complex multinational, multi-site businesses.

      • Proven track record in driving change and finance transformation to establish a strong control and governance environment.

      • Bachelor’s degree and accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, CPA).

      • Ability to influence and lead teams across different sites and reporting lines.

      • Strong people management skills, including coaching, motivating, and developing staff.

      • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
