- Accurate preparation of consolidated regional cost performance reports to meet deadlines;
- Provide analysis and explanation of key variances and reconciliation to other prime reports
- Reporting Scope is Manufacturing, Purchasing, Capex and Supply Chain Management (SCM), with particular business partnering scope for SCM.
- Reporting of Inbound and Outbound Logistics Costs, forecasts, MTP, Business Plan
- Work with Supply Chain Management and other functions to report in accordance with Nissan Global Headquarters requests, accounting standards and group policies
- Month end close procedures for Logistics
- Supporting in preparation of consolidated management reporting for actuals, forecasts, outlooks, business plan and YoY reporting
- Provide support to further Projects as required
- Any other duties/roles as directed by Management
- Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Ability to present data in a clear and structured manner
- Positive and flexible attitude in supporting the team in achieving tight deadlines
- Challenging and flexible mindset. Strive for continuous improvement
- Strong spreadsheet (Excel) skills. Database / Powerpoint / SAP advantageous
- Confident communicator; comfortable in dealing with colleagues based across Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania (no language requirements).
Mission and Main Objectives:
Reporting to a senior controller, the successful applicant will be involved in the preparation of consolidated regional cost performance reporting and providing a business partnering/management accounting support to the SCM function.
