  Finance Development Program - For Fresh Graduates

  The Finance Development Program is an exclusive program and the main aim of the is the combination of formal on the job learning in one of our finance teams and trainings in both soft and hard skills. In addition, you will be part of an international class full of young and enthusiastic people, working together on assigned specific project, where you can apply everything, you learn and be recognized for your work and contribution.

  You will:

  • Finance Development Program is aimed for junior professionals with 1 year of experience in Finance

  • It is a full-time job in one of our financial organizations (financial planning, pricing, audit, accounting, tax...)

  • The program is an on the job learning combined with trainings in finance and business acumen, technical skills, finance systems, communication and presentation skills and case studies

  • The program consists of 4 different six-month rotations with possibility of an international assignment

  • at least 1 year of experience in Business or Finance (University Graduate in 2024 or 2025)

  • Fluent English in word and written

  • Desire for career in Finance and improving of Business Acumen

  • Demonstrated leadership skills on projects/from school

  • Effective communication & presentation skills

  Salary: 1 800 EUR gross/monthly.
