What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop workflows for administering monthly physician compensation calculations
- Assess and propose improvements to current processes and tools
- Standardize approval workflows and compensation calculation functions
- Manage team to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements
- Provide support for potential acquisitions and new compensation plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with 3 years in team management
- Experience with large multisite medical groups and regulatory landscape
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with practice management systems like Aprima, NextGen, EPIC, Athena, Modernizing Medicine, and/or AllScripts
