- Leading and developing the London finance team, creating a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Manage relationships with the shared service centre, LA Finance team, OGD Finance and internal and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Ensure the London FRP is submitted correctly and on time each month, in line with Omnicom guidance and deadlines.
- Review and approve the FRP package at Agency FD/CFO level.
- Oversee the forecasting process for both MAL & BeGrizzlee, ensuring adherence to forecast guidelines.
- Partnering with the HR Director and both MAL & BeGrizzlee Managing directors to review permanent and freelance staffing requirements.
- Provide strategic direction for the London finance team and the London business as a whole.
- Ensure that capex forecasts & actuals are submitted correctly and on time.
- Approve capex requests at Agency FD/CFO level.
- Approve operating costs for London within the Omnicom grant of authority for Agency CFO/FD level
- Oversee audit and internal controls for London; sbox, statutory, client. SPOC for sbox.
- Ensure essential finance tasks such as monthly payroll are completed correctly and to deadline.
- Oversee new client process for BG, ensuring process is followed and the business is protected from risk.
- Ensure GDPR compliance for the London business as it relates to finance.
- Experience in financial management with an understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Qualified in CIMA, ACA or ACCA.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying financial information to all stakeholders. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive and results orientated mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Sound judgement and decision-making abilities.

Summary
Reporting into the Global CFO, the Finance Director will excel at developing strong business partnerships and collaborating effectively with the leadership team. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the financials of the EU + MET markets, budgeting, forecasting and the strategic planning processes for both MAL + Be Grizzlee. You will also successfully lead the finance team of eight employee’s, including Reporting and Production finance team members.
