      Please note - while this role is remote-based, it is regionally aligned so candidates must live in the Eastern Time Zone.

      We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Finance Director!

      This finance partner will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term growth and success for our Energy Efficiency business in our Eastern Region. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to apply their progressive Financial Operations experience to drive strategic growth initiatives within the region. As a key member of the Finance leadership team, the Finance Director will serve as a strategic partner to regional operations leaders, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and business growth. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of financial planning, business partnering, and team development.

      • Strategic Business Partnership - Serve as the lead financial advisor to regional operations, providing insights and strategic guidance to influence decision-making and drive performance.

      • Leadership & Team Development - Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and career growth.

      • Financial Planning & Forecasting - Oversee operational forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling to support business planning and drive forecast accuracy.

      • Performance Management & KPI Development - Design and implement robust KPIs and performance metrics to monitor regional performance and support data-driven decision-making.

      • Business Reviews & Financial Storytelling - Lead regular (monthly, etc) Business Reviews, synthesizing financial data into actionable insights and communicating the qualitative story behind the numbers.

      • Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement initiatives to streamline financial and operational processes, with a focus on improving cash flow, working capital, and overall efficiency.

      • Contract & Risk Management - Support RFPs, pricing strategies, and contract reviews, ensuring alignment with financial goals and risk mitigation in budget planning.

      • Stakeholder Engagement - Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a key escalation point and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

      • Data Integrity & Systems Oversight - Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems, including Salesforce, through proactive collaboration and governance.

      • Investment Analysis & Business Case Development - Lead ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses to support product innovation, capital investments, and new business opportunities.

      In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

      • 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles including revenue or pricing management.

      • 6+ years of Managerial experience.

      • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

      Target Compensation:

      $145,000 - $155,000 + Bonus

      Compensation Range

      $125,200.00 - $187,700.00
