      BACKGROUND

      We are looking for bright-minded, agile individuals with at least one to two years of experience. Be ready to embark in an exciting 24 months’ tour through four key HQ finance functions; Business Control, Group Accounting, Taxation, and Treasury with a special back stage access pass to a Maison and a Region!

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      The scope of this role will cover the following activities:

      • Collaborating daily with global colleagues on regular reportings, rolling forecasts, budgets, analyses of key business drivers and ad hoc value creation projects
      • Exposure to and “learning by doing” of the key financial processes involved in the global consolidation and external reporting under Stock Exchange requirements of a multi-division, multi-product Group
      • Immersing yourself in understanding the treasury processes, both client-facing and internal monitoring and risk & opportunity management
      • “Hands-on” practical experience of day-to-day finance life in one of our Maisons, whose focus is on product innovation and quality and excellence in client service
      • Understanding the Group’s operating model and the importance of tax compliance
