      FINANCE OVERVIEW

      For over 50 years our Finance organization has played a key role in achieving the Bose vision, by executing a strategy that provides talent and capability that enable growth and financial viability for Bose over the long run. The core elements of the strategy are to create a competitive advantage through business and finance navigation, deliver global business services for all levels of the company with high-quality standards, and to provide enterprise wide governance that enables world class performance.

      THE OPPORTUNITY

      We have an exciting employment opportunity to join our Finance and Business Services Internship Program. This opportunity is a full-time position for 3 months beginning in June and concluding in August, during which you will be assigned to a team within our Finance and Business Services organization.

      Possible opportunities include:

      • Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis
      • Business partner supporting sales, marketing, or a category of products
      • Accounting and Internal Assurance Services
      • Treasury

      Each assignment will offer a unique opportunity to support the Bose enterprise in achieving its strategic objectives.

      You will work with a team of experienced finance and operational professionals who will be welcoming and open to sharing their knowledge and experiences with you to help you excel throughout your internship and beyond.

      Throughout the internship, there will be opportunities to gain exposure to areas of Bose outside of the focus of your internship. These will be in the form of: lunch and learn with senior leadership, networking activities with young professionals across all functions at Bose, and access to a learning and development coursework designed to enhance your professional skill set.

      ABOUT YOU

      • The best candidates will enjoy taking on new challenges, thrive in a dynamic business environment, demonstrate strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, comfort in analyzing large data sets, an aptitude for working with financial systems, and will be comfortable working both independently and in teams.
      • Education – Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or general business; Rising Senior or Junior.
      • Minimum proficiency of Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint; Information technology and / or data analytics background and experience are highly desirable.
