Job Description
- Req#: 2023
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Perform expense reconciliation for select projects.
- Assist in managing the contract database.
- Support vendor management processes by reviewing business classifications and creditworthiness.
- Assist with ad hoc data collection to be used for expense analysis.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor. (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed, as necessary.)
- Enrolled in or graduation from a bachelor’s degree program in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting required
- Prior internship experience a plus

The Finance Intern supports all aspects of Kia America, Inc.’s finance operations, including Procurement and Budget. The intern will assist in data collection from invoices, contracts, and approval documents to support approvals and analyze company performance. This internship is a 10-week, full-time opportunity at Kia America’s Irvine headquarters. The position is hybrid with one remote day per week.
