      Job Description

      This role, supporting the Beer Division’s Innovation Finance Team, will partner with the Commercial Finance team and broader Innovation cross-functional organization to provide financial insight into business performance, further the decision-making process for strategic initiatives, and support new product development through the Innovation Stage Gate process.

      Responsibilities

      • Support innovation process by partnering with Marketing and Innovation Finance teams to provide requested inputs for Innovation Stage Gate process
      • Further Innovation Finance efforts by collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and R&D teams to understand new product goals and develop project-level financials in preparation for product launches
      • Partner with Supply Chain Finance team to provide financial lens into new product performance, identify variances vs. forecasts, and present forward-looking recommendations to Innovation Finance team
      • Assist development of innovation reporting through Project Management software by identifying new visual reporting methods to aid in cross-functional financial understanding and development
      • Identify opportunities for synergy and process improvements to drive collaboration and partnership between cross-functional teams and Finance

      In addition, your understanding of Constellation Brands as a company and the Total Beverage Alcohol industry will be enhanced through various projects and cross-collaboration.

      Qualifications

      • BBA or undergraduate major in Accounting or Finance (preference: candidate completed three years of undergraduate studies / entering senior year)
      • Position will operate remote
      • Intern duration is 12 weeks during Summer 2024
      • Minimum GPA of 3.5
      • Advanced Excel skills
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now and in the future

      The salary range for this role is:

      $19.00- $29.50 an hour

      This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
