Job Description

- Currently enrolled in a Finance, Accounting, Business, or related degree.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
- Track record of achievement and leadership in work and/or extracurricular activities
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be willing to relocate to Twin Falls, Idaho (Furnished housing is provided to the intern along with a relocation allowance each year they participate in the program)

Summary:
This full-time role is designed to educate, stimulate, and develop our future business leaders. During the 12 week paid summer internship, you'll gain first-hand knowledge of our innovative industry, work on meaningful projects, and have opportunities to network with leaders throughout our organization. The Glanbia Internship Program provides a great foundation that will enable you to be strongly considered for our Pure Ambition Graduate Rotational Program upon completion of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Responsibilities:
Experiences for each Glanbia Intern are customized based on the educational program, work background, and the project opportunities available in the organization. All internship projects will provide the opportunity to gain exposure to dairy plant operations and to Glanbia’s business.

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in CA. This range may not be applicable to other locations. The hourly wage for CA-based employees for this role is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
