      ADM Finance Leadership Development Program Trainee

      As an ADM Finance Leadership Development Program Trainee, you will be a part of an amazing opportunity to accelerate your development and contribute meaningfully to our Finance organization. The ADM Finance team plays a key role in the success of the business, providing management and stakeholders with high-quality, accurate, and timely financial information and analysis for both business support and development and external reporting requirements. To deliver a world class service to the business, ADM seeks high caliber team players able to gain the depth and breadth of skills across different cultures in a progressive training program designed to equip you with the skills and experience required to become a first-class Finance professional.

      This program consists of 5 6-month rotational assignments exposing program participants to the various functions of Corporate Finance in a global organization through challenging assignments, exposure to senior Finance leaders, networking opportunities, and structured learning programs. Rotation assignments will include Accounting and Controlling, Finance & FP&A, Credit or Treasury, GBS R2R, Tax, and the option for additional rotations in ADM Investment Services (ADMIS) and/or Business Development or M&A. These rotations will be within our Global Business Services, our Centers of Excellence, and Business Unit Finance teams.

      Upon successful completion of the Finance Leadership Development Program, participants will be placed according to business need, individual preference and interest.

      STRENGTHS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE (Qualifications)

      • Recent graduate or anticipated graduation date of May 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher), ideally in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related discipline with a genuine interest for the agriculture and food industry

      • Domestically and internationally mobile (potential option for an international assignment)

      • Strong interest to learn all aspects of Corporate Finance Operations

      • Demonstrated strong leadership capability

      • Ability to successfully handle a diverse number of projects simultaneously
      • Excellent verbal and written communication, time-management, and organizational skills
      • Attention to detail
      • Ability to function effectively, both independently and with a team, as well as the ability to collaborate with various levels of an organization

      • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Excel data tables, pivots, lookups, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) and interests in diverse Information Technology

      • Open to relocation to any of the following locations: Chicago, IL, Decatur, IL, or Erlanger, KY
