- Multitask and time management due to be able to manage multi accounts
- Managing the team, making sure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensure weekly accounts are generated within the required deadlines, understand any variance analysis and be able to articulate all variances to key stakeholders
- Ensure that GXO month end is correctly reconciled, inline with all accounting standards and inline with required deadline. Inc balance sheet reviews and Journal authorisations
- Proven experience in a fast paced finance management role
- Experienced in finding cost efficiencies and potential savings
- Exposure to building strong business relationships with both internal and external customers
- Ideally fully CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying towards

We’re currently on the search for a Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis for our site in Minworth, Birmingham. This fast-paced, distribution warehouse is looking for a Finance Manager to deliver clear and credible reporting, forecasting and budgeting exercises, to shape and influence operational direction with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
