Job Description
- Req#: 14919
- Act as co-pilot for the Country Manager in the development of the local commercial strategy and in the identification of growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Set process standards to support and drive ROI mindset in business decision making across CAM affiliates.
- Lead planning & forecasting processes in all CAM affiliates and ensure strong collaboration with MU controlling functions and SC Controlling CoE.
- Ensure accurate planning, steering and year-end landing of all relevant financial KPIs.
- Co-steer and constructively challenge teams in the Shared Service Center (Accounting, Treasury & Tax) to ensure healthy financial statements and tax compliance.
- Mitigate compliance risks by ensuring high-quality execution of the internal control system.
- Lead and develop a strong commercial business partner team, supported by standardized processes, tools and efficient ways of working.
- University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration
- At least 7 years of experience in a finance or controlling managerial role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills across different hierarchies and functions
- Proactive and collaborative working style, able to influence and steer cross-functional teams
- Good commercial business sense and understanding
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Location: Guatemala City, Guatemala or San Jose, Costa Rica
ROLE PURPOSE
As Finance Manager you are driving sustainable profitable growth of Central American affiliates together with the Country Manager and local Management Team. You are responsible for maintaining the health of local financial statements (Statement of Income, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
