- Be responsible for Financial & Management (operational) reporting including accounting, tax with monthly and yearly closings
- Collaboration with auditors to ensure smooth audit completion/signing
- Securing that the company has access to all needed knowledge and expertise within the finance and direct tax area
- Responsible for the functional plan (business plan) for Finance with input and support from Process Developer on the strategic movement and development agenda
- Lead and develop the accounting team and finance controllers
- Secure compliance with accounting and tax laws and legal rules and standards as well as securing compliance with Inter IKEA financial policies & procedures and internal work instructions
- Responsible for leading the consolidated financial reporting process for IKEA Components to Inter IKEA Group
- Deep knowledge of both financial and management accounting/tax principles, practices, standards, and regulations
- Minimum 5 years experience from a similar position in an international group of companies
- Business partnering skills and strong relationship builder
- Strong business thinking and seeing things both with holistic perspective as well as being able to work with details
- Motivation and energy in working also on a strategic level continuing the journey which has been started with “Future of Finance”

We also want to empower our team members to focus on more value-adding tasks focusing on analysis, securing compliance and constant development of our Finance function.
We are now looking for an engaged and skilled Finance manager to IKEA Components AB who will be responsible for the local accounting and reporting. You will lead our Finance Team in Sweden which consists of 13 co-workers including Safety & Security responsible. As Finance Manager you will be an important key player preparing timely and accurate financial information with recommendations to company leaders to use in decision making to ensure we continue to optimize our financial performance in line with our IKEA assignment.
The role also includes leading Finance globally for IKEA Components keeping together our legal entities in terms of working methods and accounting principles as well as being the expert within our functional area.

IKEA Components hold a unique position in the IKEA value chain. With business in six continents, we are responsible to develop, purchase and supply components and materials to IKEA suppliers, retailers, and customers all over the world. We are currently on an exciting journey where we have extended our assignment and thereby also the impact on the IKEA supply chain. We are around 1,400 co-workers at IKEA Components globally where most of our people are located in our three sites in Sweden, Slovakia and China.
In Älmhult we are today located at Södra Ringvägen but will within a year move to a new office space in the city center of Älmhult with very good conditions for commuting by train.
