- Req#: 31092368
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four finance professionals.
- Collaborate with Corporate and Rapid Diagnostics Division finance on planning and reporting requirements, and coordinate these expectations across ID Commercial, Operations, and R&D finance teams.
- Develop and maintain ID finance systems and planning processes and implement ongoing improvements and standardization.
- Create appropriate financial metrics that are relevant and insightful to ID leadership.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for the ID organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading people
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Sharp attention to detail
- Proactive problem solver with a knack for streamlining processes.
- Comfortable with complexity and change
- High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Power ON skills a plus
