      They are looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to help shape the financial strategy of their clinical services, working closely with senior operational and clinical leaders.

      Main duties of the job

      As a Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a portfolio of directorates, acting as the primary finance lead for your area. Backed by a supportive team including a Deputy Finance Manager and Management Accountant, you will lead on:

      • Month-end analysis and reporting
      • Forecasting and business planning
      • Driving productivity and efficiency
      • Financial modelling and investment appraisals
      • Advising on financial decision-making at a senior level

      You'll be a key member of the divisional leadership team, helping to navigate financial challenges and deliver sustainable, high-quality care. This is more than just a numbers role -- it's about building strong partnerships and making a real impact.
