- Lead financial planning and analysis function across operating segments and business lines
- Create financial and operational performance reports to help senior leadership understand company performance and trends
- Drive forecasting and reporting processes, including budget vs. actual analysis, re-forecasting, management and board reporting
- Work with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into an overall corporate budget
- Maintain and enhance company operating and projection models; create models for new projects
- Develop day-to-day business partnerships with internal stakeholders to help them achieve their operational and budgetary goals
- Provide ad-hoc support to management, particularly in commercial and financial matters
- Regularly lead and direct the work of other employees
- Exercise authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, promotion, and separations
- Oversee overall department operations and ensure performance targets are met
- Apply discretion and independent judgment in decision-making for departmental operations
- Perform complex tasks typically following established processes
- Administer established policies and procedures with some impact on budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change
- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives
- Coachable, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
- Exceptional financial modeling and data management skills
- Deep knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial statements
- Understanding of economic principles, financial markets, and banking
- Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods, retail and/or manufacturing
- Strong organizational and priority-setting skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to translate financial information into business insights
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and professional rapport building
- Growth mindset and desire for continuous improvement
- Sound knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- MBA preferred but not required
- 58 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Investment banking or private equity experience also considered
- Proven financial project management experience
- Strong grasp of financial principles and concepts
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Available for on-site operations work Monday Friday
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, twist, and lift 10 lbs.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department of the facility
