      The Finance Manager META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) serves as the primary finance business partner for the META region. This role provides strategic financial leadership, working closely with country leadership teams to drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. The Finance Manager will collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with commercial sales and operations, to ensure financial performance and compliance.

      This position is part of the Finance department, reporting into the Finance Director EMEA, and is located on-site in either Dubai or Riyadh. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

      In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

      Strategic Business Partnering:

      • Support Regional Leaders in achieving financial and operational goals.
      • Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

      Financial Planning & Reporting:

      • Lead monthly P&L and working capital forecasting, analysing variances and trends.
      • Drive financial performance through cost control, revenue optimization, and profitability analysis.

      Operational Finance & Compliance:

      • Implement strong internal controls to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
      • Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis (sales, margins, OPEX, inventory).
      • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, proactively addressing risks.

      The essential requirements of the job include:

      • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
      • Professional Certification (Preferred): CPA, ACA, or equivalent.
      • Experience:
        • Minimum of 5 years in auditing, financial controllership, or business finance.
        • Experience in an international, matrix-structured organization (US or European Multinational Corporation preferred).
      • Technical Skills:
        • Strong financial planning, forecasting, and cost management expertise.
        • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and MS Excel (highly preferred).
      • Excellent communication skills in English (required); Arabic (required).
