      **Location:** Northridge, CA (Hybrid - In Office Tuesday & Wednesday)
      **Reports To:** Director, Professional Division
      **Type:** Temporary Assignment (Parental Leave Coverage)
      **Target Start Date:** End of June 2025
      **Duration:** 6-8 Months
      **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional evening calls with China)
      Position Summary
      We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.. This role will support financial operations and planning during a temporary leave of absence and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial close activities.

      This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with remote work the remainder of the week.
      Key Responsibilities
      • Own the forecasting and budgeting process for the Portable Speakers category
      • Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance
      • Support the month-end close process and ensure accuracy in reporting
      • Review financial charges and determine accrual needs for missing invoices
      • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from SAP to support business decisions
      • Provide direction and oversight to the team's financial analyst (no direct people management)
      • Collaborate with internal business partners; no formal presentations required
      Required Qualifications
      • 5-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related roles
      • Proficient in SAP - must be comfortable extracting and working with data tables
      • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      • Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams and time zones
      Additional Information
      • Interview Format: Virtual (with possible in-person meeting for local candidates)
      • Temporary Role: Position is expected to run for 6-8 months only, covering a leave of absence
