      Job Summary:

      The Finance Manager is a key contributor working with both business and finance to create a new part of the Finance community in parallel to the development of our new plant. You will get an opportunity to develop and implement smart and nimble finance processes and analysis to support the business. This will be done in close cooperation with other Finance colleagues both at our Americas center in NJ as well as functions at the headquarters in Sweden. Through networking and benchmarking, you will be part of taking the Finance organization into a modern organization, ready to meet the challenges ahead of us.

      Principal Responsibilities:

      • Reporting to the Finance Director, the Manager will work closely with the operational management teams to gain a good understanding of the business and by that providing guidance to the finance accounting team and to Headquarters.
      • Track, analyze and report financial performance within the areas of responsibility, communicate this with operational management and by that drive the business towards its targets.
      • Secure high quality of financial reporting both in actual and forecasting reporting processes
      • Secure financial information transparency towards business units
      • Drive the investment management process within the plant project and contribute to process improvements
      • Drive the operating cost process in the plant project and contribute to process improvements
      • Provide guidelines, financial information and training to non- finance parts of the organization
      • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions. -

      Job Specifications :

      • University Degree in Finance or Accounting
      • 3-5 years of experience in Controlling required
      • 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred
      • Excellent written and verbal skills
      • Very Good analytical skills
      • Advanced excel skills
      • SAP R3 user experience with at least one year in FI/CO
      • Knowledge of finance processes and policies and ability to understand impact of these in daily work
      • Ability to deliver on reporting deadlines within financial reporting and other relevant processes
