      Your role at Clorox:

      We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy across our supply chain operations in Mexico. This role is critical to optimizing working capital, managing operational costs, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure financial health and growth.

      You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to improve cost efficiency, financial visibility, and forecasting accuracy—while also playing a key role in people development and internal controls.

      In this role, you will:

      1. People Development

      • Build and lead a high-performance team (HPT) through coaching, training, and development.

      • Foster engagement and talent growth through structured career planning and succession management.

      • Champion company values and minimize regrettable turnover through strong leadership.

      2. Financial Strategy & Analysis

      • Deliver timely, reliable financial insights to drive decision-making.

      • Monitor and communicate TDC (Total Delivered Cost) results.

      • Partner with operations to identify efficiency gains and improve the cost structure.

      • Manage product costing, transfer pricing, and capital investment controls.

      • Support external audit processes with accurate financial data.

      3. Business Profitability

      • Lead financial evaluations for cost-reduction and innovation projects.

      • Identify savings opportunities in inventory, logistics, and procurement.

      4. Internal Controls

      • Ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance.

      • Collaborate with Accounting to identify and resolve risks or control gaps.

      • Drive process improvement and strengthen audit readiness.

      What we look for:

      • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with deep understanding of finance, operations and supply chain dynamics.

      • Strong analytical and leadership skills.

      • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.

      • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

      • Strong analytical and communication skills

      • Ability to work independently and efficiently and high sense of urgency/proactivity.

      • Planning and organization skills: ability to establish work plans, "multi-task", and prioritize simultaneous projects.

      • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

      • Fluency in English and Spanish.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) or equivalent experience.
