      Current Need:

      We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Financial Services & Solutions FP&A team.

      Job Summary:

      The Finance Manager will be responsible for coordinating processes with McKesson Technology partners and key business stakeholders around the portfolio of technology investments Financial Services & Solutions leverages to support enterprise-wide business unit operations. Success in this role requires an inquisitive and ambitious professional who enjoys working collaboratively to drive process improvements and influence positive change in a matrixed environment.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Monthly tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and management of allocable operating and capital technology expenses
      • Annual coordination and planning of allocable operating and capital technology expense budgets
      • Evaluate opportunities to rationalize cost efficiencies for Financial Services & Solutions as well as the organization as a whole
      • Drive standardization in technology reporting and improve operating models for better visibility and operational excellence
      • Lead business case development for newly proposed capital investments which often include automations and enterprise-wide technologies
      • Track the financial impacts, monitor ongoing risks & opportunities, and support the execution of approved capital technology projects
      • Influence business stakeholders and forge strong working relationships to drive results
      • Perform other duties as assigned to meet company goals

      Minimum Requirements:

      • 7+ years of financial analysis or similar work experience
      • Degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a related field
      • MBA preferred

      Critical Skills:

      • Proven track record of building effective business partnerships with the ability to influence decision-makers without direct authority
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Ability to lead and balance multiple projects in various stages of completion
      • Understanding of accounting principles
      • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      • Experience with Hyperion Planning, BPC, and SAP
      • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and other visualization tools a plus

      As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $96,900 - $161,500
