Manage and develop a team of financial analysts supporting both Credit Card and Auto Operations. Lead month forecast and annual planning exercises.
Partner with senior business leaders to drive financial metric improvement and achievement of planned expectations.
Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy.
Recommend opportunities to senior business leaders that help achieve business objectives.
Make decisions on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting.
Collaborate with other stakeholders on initiatives that drive financial performance for overall Consumer Operations.
4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of Leadership experience
Financial industry experience supporting a line of business
Experience with financial forecasting, planning, and reporting
Proven relationship builder - able to consult with business partners of all levels
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Champion of change that consistently demonstrates the ability to provide credible challenge
Proven ability to foster relationships, promote teamwork, influence, and motivate others
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Sense of urgency with ability to adapt to fast changing priorities and timelines
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills and experience with other reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Ability to prepare executive level presentations, including providing strategic insights for decision making
