  The Position
  As an Business Finance Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Provide strategic and analytical support to business units and senior management for optimal decision-making.
  • Deliver business insights and relevant data to support financial landings and other P&L decisions.
  • Act as a Finance Partner with departments to effectively manage costs and allocate resources, contributing to continuous financial decision-making processes.
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budget exercises for the affiliate.
  • Drive the improvement of FP&A processes through digital transformation and process simplification.
  • Lead and support financial processes such as RE2, AB, and LE.
  • Interpret and control P&L performance, ensuring alignment with targets and long-term ambitions.

  Qualifications
  To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economy, Administration, or in other related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills, critical thinking, data driven mindset, proactive, self-managed, interactive, with stakeholder management skills and have a sound functional knowledge within business finance.
  • Proficiency in at least one digital tool for analytics and visualization, preferably Power BI.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or people management skills are a strong plus.
