- Provide strategic and analytical support to business units and senior management for optimal decision-making.
- Deliver business insights and relevant data to support financial landings and other P&L decisions.
- Act as a Finance Partner with departments to effectively manage costs and allocate resources, contributing to continuous financial decision-making processes.
- Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budget exercises for the affiliate.
- Drive the improvement of FP&A processes through digital transformation and process simplification.
- Lead and support financial processes such as RE2, AB, and LE.
- Interpret and control P&L performance, ensuring alignment with targets and long-term ambitions.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economy, Administration, or in other related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills, critical thinking, data driven mindset, proactive, self-managed, interactive, with stakeholder management skills and have a sound functional knowledge within business finance.
- Proficiency in at least one digital tool for analytics and visualization, preferably Power BI.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or people management skills are a strong plus.
