Job Description
- Req#: 19251
- Reports: Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and strategic financial reports based on information obtained from SAP, the company's internal programs, and reports shared by other areas. Validate that the consolidated data is correct, and if not, investigate the source of the error to correct it.
- Daily responsibilities: Responsible for consolidating all financial information for the LATAM region to share with company managers the executive report and the billing progress report of the Mexican Business Unit.
- Idea Prin: Receive performance reports from teams working under bonuses or commissions to calculate compensation according to the staff's results and company policies. Share information with the payroll area for the application of payments .
- Drives alignment: Develops and maintains professional, positive relationships, speaks and writes clearly, adjusts rapidly to new situations, is approachable, and shows respect for all people.
- Financial Insights and accounting operations: Prepares basic financial analyses which support business decision models and delivers accurate financial and managerial reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field
- 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented.
- Intermediate English
- Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, VLookUp and SumiIf functions), Word and PowerPoint. Desirable knowledge of SAP and other financial planning systems.
