      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead enterprise business and capital implementation and integration efforts for financial planning and operations
      - Develop financial projection analyses aligned with strategic initiatives and provide insights to senior executives and managers
      - Support strategic performance management programs aimed at delivering measurable changes within the organization
      - Leverage data systems to quantify financial and operational benefits for cost accounting
      - Present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in a health system-based environment with decision support systems or relevant financial analysis
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in an academic healthcare setting managing funds flow for clinical operations
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      - Strong presentation skills and ability to translate data into executive-level presentations
      - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software and possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      - Knowledge of healthcare market regulations and government policies
      - Familiarity with hospital budgeting and cost accounting systems
      - Experience with financial consulting or equivalent experience
      - Understanding of benchmarking platforms and data modeling techniques
