  Title: Finance Associate V
  Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US)
  Duration: 12 months + Extensions
  Compensation: $35.00 - $55.00.00/hr
  Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

  Skillset / Experience:

  The ideal candidate will support the Product Strategy team with financial analysis, focusing on understanding financial metrics, analyzing peer investment strategies, and building financial models.

  Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the financial Source of Truth (SoT) for peers and the economy

  • Sourcing financial data on select companies, segments, industries, and the macroeconomy

  • Building and maintaining proprietary financial models based on public filings and other data sources

  • Developing and continuously updating a repository of metrics for strategic assessments

  • Building KPIs to track financial performance across various industries and regions

  • Sizing product opportunities and evaluating product/service performance

  • Analyzing sales and financial performance data to identify growth opportunities

  • Designing and circulating regular updates on financial performance, focusing on forecasting and identifying strategic opportunities

  Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis

  • Strong background in equity research

  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, accounting, and data analytics

  • Familiarity with financial datasets and tools (e.g., CapIQ, AlphaSense, Bloomberg)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex, ambiguous data

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL

  • Experience in structuring and summarizing insights based on senior team guidance

  • Comfortable in large cross-functional organizations

  Nice to Haves:

  • CPA certification

  • Experience with market data and competitor analysis

  • MBA or equivalent business background
