Finance Rotational Program

You will have a unique opportunity to join our flexible 2-3 year finance rotational program, allowing you to choose your course depending on your interest and career aspirations. For the first two years you will select from four functional areas, and spend one year in each selected function. Your third year will be flexible to select an elective function of interest or join the function where you’d like to kick start your career.

The four functions of focus in the first two years will be Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Global Operations and Internal Audit, with many elective options to choose from. During the course of the program, there will be an assigned mentor, global networking opportunities, training and development tailored to the individual needs as well as executive management interface.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration)
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving with critical attention to details

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A curious individual ready to learn and grow their career
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to focus on achieving results on time and accurately
• Ability to be proactive and to plan and communicate very well: be a strong team player
