What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain third-party systems, managing user access, configuration changes, and upgrades
- Support the selection and implementation of new systems and vendors for the finance function
- Monitor performance KPIs, troubleshoot existing software issues, and implement updates
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data quality and monitor data flows
- Maintain and analyze internal controls for system processes, providing recommendations for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- In-depth knowledge of at least one accounting/ERP system, preferably SAP
- Experience in the banking or finance sector, supporting financial business processes
- Proven experience working with software vendors, engineers, and data teams
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Strong time management and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or vocational degree in information systems, computing, software engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and tools like JIRA or Trello
