      Description

      Title: Carrier Enterprise Finance Leadership Developmental Trainee Program.

      About: Associates in this program will participate in a two-year rotation in six areas of finance including: Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, Credit and Collections, Operations Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Pricing.

      The visibility, exposure, and experience will provide the associate with a very strong foundation to develop into a future leader at CE.

      The new associate will also spend several weeks at a CE store and one of CE’s distribution locations. This will give the associate a hands-on opportunity to see and learn more about CE’s operations. The associate will have access to various levels of management, which will provide a dynamic experience for the right candidate. At the end of a successful two-year rotation, the associate will be permanently placed in one of those functional areas of finance.

      Compensation: This position pays a salary range between $50K-$55K. Employees are eligible to participate in CE's benefit plan and year-end performance bonus plan.

      Responsibilities:

      • Participate in a 2-year rotation across six areas of CE Finance
      • Gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of finance
      • Develop strong relationships with management and colleagues across the organization
      • Spend 1-2 weeks at one of CE's stores and time at one of CE's distribution centers to gain a deeper understanding of our operations
      • Travel to various locations (5-10% required, with additional opportunities for travel)

      Qualifications

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Analytics

      Essential Skills:

      • Results-driven and collaborative professional with strong communication and organizational skills
      • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
      • Adaptable and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and desire for growth in a dynamic business environment
      • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      • High level of professionalism, with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple responsibilities
