- Exposure to accounting and finance process and exploration of automation.
- Participate in on-going Transformation Projects.
- This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Basic Understanding of Financial Statements preferred.
- Big Data, Some ERP exposure preferred.

The Finance Transformation Team in Naples, FL is responsible for supporting all Finance Transformation Efforts. The Transformation team working with the various Finance Teams develops, monitors and reports on the Global Finance Roadmap and related projects. We are searching for an Intern pursuing a degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field to assist in various transactional support in the Finance Services Area – AP intake, VMO technology procurement activity support, Data Management supporting Finance Roadmap & Dashboard creation and presentation. The ideal candidate will support in global reporting, three-year finance road-map reviews, AP/AR financial practices, support business requirements, exposure to accounting and finance process of automation, and participating in on-going transformation projects. This candidate will be exposed and support AP, AR & VMO day to day transaction creation and monitoring. They will also job shadow and participate in creation of Quarterly Business Reviews in AR & Transformation.
This internship will run from May 2024 – August 2024. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
Main Objective:
Support and progress the finance organization roadmap strategic initiatives. This support will allow finance associates to be integrated advisors sought after by our business partners. Expose candidate to the various Finance Functions (Commercial Finance & General Ledger). Assist with entry level functions such as AP Invoice Validation/Machine Learning, Global Reporting, Business Requirement Documents & Transformation Finance Road-mapping support & other Finance Functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:Progress towards a college degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Data & Analytics required. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
