Manage Finance Transformation SSC team with a focus on team member development
Oversee intake, prioritization and execution of Finance Transformation initiatives including process improvements, system enhancements and various automations
Understand organization-wide finance processes and partner with local process area owners to recommend improvement opportunities
Provide project management oversight including project status updates, facilitating project status meetings and escalating project risks and issues to senior leadership
Initiate and apply best in class practice around process, technology, shared service excellence, design and controls across all core finance areas
Establish process governance program to ensure all processes are documented with relevant desktop procedures
Provide monthly process reporting to measure the impact of transformation initiatives of various Finance and Accounting processes
Bachelor’s Degree
12+ years of relevant professional experience
Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting processes (Quote to Collect, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Tax, Treasury & Payroll)
Prior experience managing a team with a focus on team member development
Prior transformation program and project management experience
Shift Time: 5:00pm to 2:00am IST
Experience working within a SSC supporting a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably a hyper-growth company
Prior SaaS industry experience
Prior experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, NAVAN, Blackline, UiPath, Snowflake, Tableau or ServiceNow

About the Role
The Finance Transformation team is responsible for establishing scalable, global finance processes leveraging technology to enable the finance team to efficiently support CrowdStrike’s rapid growth. Reporting to the Director of Finance Transformation, this role will lead our India Finance Transformation SSC team and will be responsible for managing various transformation initiatives in partnership with Accounting, Finance, IT and other key stakeholders.
