  RTS Financial and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Financial Account Representative. This position is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients, including receiving and processing invoices and related documentation per procedural and contractual requirements. The Financial Account Representative will focus on maintaining assigned customersu2019 accounts receivable portfolios. Ideal candidates will possess an outgoing, dynamic personality and the ability to work in a team environment. u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0
  • Provide exceptional customer service for financial clients u00A0
  • Regularly update account information to maintain customer records u00A0
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information u00A0
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments u00A0
  • Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers u00A0
  • Perform risk assessments and ensure that procedures are in place and followed to minimize risk u00A0
  • Manage product or service issues, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause, creating a solution, expediting the correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution u00A0
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs u00A0
  • Answer product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services u00A0
  • Other duties as assigned u00A0

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred; or equivalent relevant experience u00A0
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills u00A0
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills u00A0
  • Detail orientated with analytical and technical skills u00A0
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry u00A0
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines u00A0
  • Experience in the financial industry a plus u00A0
