  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making and provide strategic insights
  - Create and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and communicate financial results to stakeholders
  - Establish robust internal controls and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
  - Continuously enhance financial processes with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 10 years of experience in a financial accountant or FP&A role
  - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  - Experience in a global business environment
  - Strong attention to detail along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  - Proficiency in MYOB and Dynamics 365; advanced Excel skills are essential
