What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct inbound phone-based discussions to advise and educate students on Federal Student Aid
- Provide high-level customer service to ensure students are funded for their courses and degree completion
- Utilize financial aid and student databases to assist students and parents in real-time
- Collaborate with other university departments as needed
- Maintain accurate knowledge of the university's products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Associate's degree
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Solutions-oriented attitude with critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in financial aid or higher education
- Knowledge of Federal Student Aid regulations
