What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide students and parents through the Financial Aid process
- Create financial aid packages in compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations
- Assist students and parents with additional financing options
- Address student questions and concerns regarding financial aid packages
- Report to the Director of Financial Aid
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of Financial Aid experience
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Financial Aid experience in higher education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in career training or education services
- Knowledge of federal financial aid regulations
