      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families regarding financial aid options and application processes
      - Assist in completing financial aid forms, including FAFSA and institutional documentation
      - Evaluate and process financial aid applications in compliance with regulations
      - Conduct workshops and outreach activities to educate students about financial aid opportunities
      - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and financial aid determinations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required, with one year of experience in financial aid
      - Minimum of one year of data entry and professional customer service experience required
      - Must not currently be in default on any Federal Student Loans
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in a relevant field
      - Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and policies
      - Experience in a proprietary online higher education environment
      - Proficiency with financial aid systems (e.g., Anthology, PowerFAIDS)
