What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate aid application materials and perform accurate need analysis calculations
- Provide personalized support to students and families navigating aid application processes
- Engage frequently with students and families through various communication channels
- Discuss personalized aid offers, eligibility criteria, and financial success with students
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills to support team-oriented goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in student financial aid/scholarships
- Knowledge of financial aid software systems and federal aid regulations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and think critically
- Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CSS Profile Application and Institutional Methodology (IM) need analysis
- Experience using PeopleSoft, ImageNow, IDOC, or Workday
- Fluency in English and a second language
