      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate aid application materials and determine student eligibility for financial aid
      - Provide personalized support to students and families navigating financial aid processes and policies
      - Engage with students through in-person and virtual appointments, emails, and other communication channels
      - Offer focused support and proactive outreach to enhance student experiences
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial aid regulations and institutional policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a financial aid or scholarships role
      - Knowledge of financial aid software systems and federal aid regulations
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment
      - Experience working effectively with diverse populations and commitment to equity and inclusion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the CSS Profile Application and Institutional Methodology need analysis
      - Experience using PeopleSoft, ImageNow, IDOC, or Workday
      - Fluency in a second language
