      The Financial Aid NSLDS Processor position is a full-time employment position reports to the Financial Aid Processing Manager. The Financial Aid NSLDS Processor reviews NSLDS and COD TIV aid history to determine a student’s initial financial aid eligibility with UAGC.

      The application window is anticipated to close 3/25/2025.

      Duties & Responsibilities:

      • Review the National Student Loan Database System (NSLDS) to determine current student eligibility.
      • Review the Common Originations and Disbursement System (COD) to determine current student eligibility.
      • Review/Approve/Deny student financial aid eligibility based on standard operating procedures.
      • Provide clear notes in Talisma regarding eligibility and any barriers to a student getting full financial aid at UAGC.
      • Follow all company policies and procedures.
      • All other duties as assigned.

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      • Exceptional attention to detail.
      • Critical thinker.
      • Excellent math skills.
      • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
      • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
      • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience an educational setting, specifically Financial Aid or finance background preferred.

      Rate of Pay: $18.15 - $22.69

      Compensation Type: Hourly at 1.0 full-time equivalen ce (FTE)

      Grade: 4
