What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review ISIRs requiring further research due to comment codes and conflicting information
- Complete verification process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Title IV requirements
- Process documents related to ISIR rejects, c-codes, and conflicting information
- Assist with various tasks within the student experience function
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required; some college courses preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- 1-3 years of Financial Aid experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of financial aid regulations and procedures
- Experience working in an educational institution
- Familiarity with student information systems
